Out of all the agents that were contacted, Alyssa was the only one to respond. She was very attentive to our unfamiliarity with home purchase explaining what to expect at every step of the way. Responded to all our questions promptly, including almost daily follow-up phone calls through every process involved from contact, to inspections, and after we moved in.
