Worst experience ever , wish I didn’t get to meet this doctor
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this doctor. She really lacked any compassion in my care in the moment when I needed it most. Highly recommend finding another doctor to get a better experience, you truly deserve better and there are doctors in Austin that are simply better.
Dr. Vokes was amazing and literally saved my life. She was brought into my delivery last minute and made me feel so safe and comforted right from the start. She acted quickly and talked me through what was happening and came and checked on me everyday. I wouldn’t want anyone but her to believe my second baby!!
I think Dr Vokes is a great doctor. However, I think she could work on her bedside manner. I hated to write this review but I ended up needing to look for a new doctor when I was 37 weeks pregnant. It was the holidays and she seemed over worked. On our visit when discussing things she was extremely rude and seemed angry. My husband and I both left the visit like what just happened . Dr Vokes is the gold standard of care. She safely delivered two of my babies and took great care of me during difficult pregnancies.
