Dr. Kirchner and her nurses are friendly, however waiting an hour or longer for a 3 minute OB appointment is just upsetting. I have had several visits now and have yet to be seen within 40 minutes of my appointment time. 15 minutes early, or on time, doesn’t matter… administrative staff isn’t the friendliest either.
I wanted to love this practice. During my first visit, there were brief moments with Dr. Kirchner that put me at ease during what was already a nerve-wracking time. However, those moments were the exception. The office experience itself was a different story from the start. Things took a significant turn when I received important medical news through the patient portal on a Saturday afternoon with no phone call, no context, and no explanation. Very disappointing experience. I understand doctors can get behind, but I waited over an hour with a screaming infant. When Dr. Kirchner finally came in, the visit felt rushed and dismissive. She came in with the prescription already sent in, briefly discussed it, and immediately turned to leave. The entire interaction genuinely felt like less than two minutes of her time. Dr. Kirchner and her team are incredible! They go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience and truly take the time to listen to your concerns. Dr. Kirchner delivered my first baby via C-section, and she was amazing every step of the way. My recovery was so smooth and my c -section scar is barely visible! Through all the ups and downs, she took extra precautions to ensure both my safety and well-being. I’m now back for my second pregnancy, and I’m already so pleased with the care and experience!
