I usually go to a different Gentle Dental location but since I live closer to this one (Salmon Creek) I wanted to switch to here. The appointment was for 2:30, I was brought in for polish at about 2:50, then wasn’t seen for my cleaning until 3:20. The dentist mentioned people were out (planned) so they were understaffed. This was odd because they had called me to move my appointment back 1.5 weeks to today from when it was originally scheduled. She was much more aggressive that my usual dentist, which I commented on.
