Not honest people, take forever to get back to you if you have questions. Once you sign they don't care about you. Refinanced and they didn't pay off any of the bills they were suppose to. I got late fees and extra charges because I thought things were paid off. My car they paid all but $14 so then I got late fees and had to pay off myself.
