RecommendedMy kids had so much fun in the pool!! Love the adjoining rooms, so I could get a little separation from a gaggle of happy girls! Security was super quick to come up and help me figure out the issue with the doors that joined the room because I couldn't get them open. All of the staff was really nice! The front desk staff, the pool staff, security, The Pond Cafe, the cleaning staff, everyone was wonderful!! Quyana for making my daughter's birthday party a huge success!!
Beautiful place, wish we had been able to stay longer and hike around there. Good deal and less busy as it was between peak seasons. All Staff was lovely and happy to chat about the place or their Alaskan experience. I recommend but I'm not sure I would go when super busy.
I love going to this place everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Also love the deals they have! I never want to leave ❤️
The stay at the hotel was great at usual. The kind folks working in the bar were so nice & very attentive, as they usually are. Oktoberfest at the day lodge was less than good. The blues band didn't work at all for Oktoberfest. Parents letting their kids run all over was not a good thing

We went up the tram and hiked a bit. I wish we would have booked a night. This place looks amazing. The meal deal for the tram is well worth the money. I hope to come back some day and stay a few days here.
Awesome place! Booked for a great deal so we couldn't pass it up, we knew it was going to be nice but got here and everything was better than expected! As a bonus blueberry fest was going on also so plenty of options for food and snacks. The gondola up to the deli and restaurant is a great bonus plus u get a $20 food voucher at the top for taking the ride. I will definitely come back next vacation up to Alaska!
