The team at Alwynds has been fair and professional with me, throughout my tenancy in a building they manage. They communicate well when there are disruptions/repairs being made at the building. Most of all, though, I have appreciated that they are responsive and considerate to my requests and have treated me with respect.
Amanda has been very efficient and professional througout the process. She found us a great tenant in a very short period of time and has been helpful with all our questions. Will definitely work with her in the future and will recommend her to our family and friends in need of her service.

Amanda has a very poor communications,she should as let us know that she would be signing another tenant so we would move in asap
Amanda had told me that my application would be processed and confirmed, as the previous applicant "fell through". Upon agreement of terms before signing, they had told me application will have an outcome by the next day. A couple days went by with no response and I emailed them again just to find out they signed with another applicant without notifying us, made us wait and resulted in missed opportunities in other housing.
