I had a waterproofing job done by Always Waterproofing around 2015 to install a drain system tied to a sump pump across the front of my foundation wall and 3' on each side. They got the job done quickly enough, and no signs of water for about 8 years, yay. A few months ago, we noticed some mold on the baseboards and tested the sump pump... all was working. Then we noticed the carpet was a bit damp. I contacted Always, and met the owner at my house. It turns out the workers didn't dig out the 3' on each side... only the front... read more

Steve gave an honest, detailed, and thorough second opinion on a project gone wrong by a different contractor. He was courteous and timely, and very knowledgeable. We appreciated his extensive detail to the issues needing to be addressed and noticing of problems that others had missed.
My basement was full of water I called always waterproofing and they came pumped it out and was at my house the next morning fixing the problem they get the job done right and fast jes is a joke compared to them I would use again very great service
