We purchased 2 fingerprint pendants with our grand children's hand written names as a gift for our daughter. This was one of those rare occasions where the product and service was above and beyond my expectations. The keepsakes were absolutely beautiful and the packaging/presentation was also top notch! Mahnaz (the artist) was very communicative, helpful and timely in delivery.
I ordered the tender touch pendant bracelet, and I am really happy with how it looked. Mahnaz was very quick on all of our email exchanges, and was helpful in helping me choose the right one. It was also packaged very nicely.
We've ordered (now five) of Mahnaz's beautiful hand/foot pendants and I love wearing the necklace with them daily (and the grandkids love to "find theirs" with their name on it). Beautiful keepsakes we will continue to get.
Great quality designed necklace of my baby daughters fingerprint which came in a nice gift bag and presentation and the designer made every effort to get the piece delivered ahead of time which was very much appreciated. It was a gift for my mother and she has not taken it off since she received it!! There was a slight discrepancy between the website and in person pricing but this was very kindly sorted out by Mahnaz - great customer service! 5* - Worth every star!
