Kara eas over the top AWESOME. She was truly "always there" for me, I'm out of state and my dad was at an assisted facility. She took the time and care to take him to dr appts, stay with him during appt and get details from dr, visited him at facility, brought him needed items, special treats, checked his vitals, called me during visits so i could say "hi" to dad and really helped me understand issues so i could make good decisions as dad worsened. I can't even begin to tell everyone how great Kara is. When we hired her it was to be a patient advocate for my MIL who lives in Ohio. She has gone above and beyond any expectations we had. Not only was she there to help, advise, inform and care for my MIL, but after we moved her back to Michigan, Kara become OUR advocate.
