I would not recommend this place for employment to those looking for a job in home care. I had to call a file a complaint with the Labor BORED due to the fact they refuse to pay me for my last day of work. Which mind you I only worked 8 hours being that it was my last day working for them and so happened to be the first day of the work pay period. It was my last day of my work notice cause I moved to Tennessee on July 3rd. I had trouble clocking in and out that day. Early that morning I called and let Mrs. Susan (One of the owner) know that it would not allow me to clock in. That afternoon I couldn't clock out either. I tried calling her she wasn't in the office. I had plan on calling back later on that afternoon but I got busy loading up to move a load of mine and my kids belongs to TN after working and I didn't get to inform Susan or Lisa about the phone system until Monday morning. Come Friday July 10th I checked to see if my check was in the bank and it wasn't. I called to find out what was going on. They litterly lied straight through their teeth and said I didn't call and they believed I didn't work at all that day and they would need to look into it and make sure I did. I held my tongue and let them get "Proof!!" I worked that day. Which they did cause my mother in law was their clients sister and she told me that she talked with them and that i did work that day. After that the following Friday they want to use my attendance against me and why they still haven't paid me. Their attendance policy is 12 points. Don't get me wrong that's beyond far in my opinion but when they point you for something that's their fault on their end and you have no control of the issue. That's just b.s.. Also im not stating I had perfect attendance but only that I didn't get all 12 stricks on my own due to my attendance cause I've had to call multiple times cause I was unable to click in. Further more this is not the first time I didn't get paid for hours I worked either. I've had to for the second time report them to the Labor bored. I find it funny how 2 of their former employees would clock in go back home and get paid 40 hours for it and for a month or longer. Also a 3rd employee did this got caught doing it and wasn't fired and still till this day works for them. Yet I did work my 8 hours that Friday and here it is about to 2 months since my last day and still haven't received my pay check for just 8 hours but 3 people can get paid 40 hours of work that they never worked for.

Substandard care, skills, communication;care-givers are allowed to gossip, promote turmoil per personal bias usually related to how much? or little? work they want to do. Extremely "kids in a schoolyard" mentality at this facility.

I understand some clients cant make it on time but they never let you know when someone is going to be late ( half the time). I understand some people cant afford air conditioning but in very high temperatures shouldn't be allowed this isnt good to get over heated like that.
