I would not recommend this place for employment to those looking for a job in home care. I had to call a file a complaint with the Labor BORED due to the fact they refuse to pay me for my last day of work. Which mind you I only worked 8 hours being that it was my last day working for them and so happened to be the first day of the work pay period. Substandard care,skills, communication;care-givers are allowed to gossip,promote turmoil per personal bias usually related to how much? or little? work they want to do. Extremely "kids in a schoolyard" mentality at this facility.
I understand some clients cant make it on time but they never let you know when someone is going to be late ( half the time). I understand some people cant afford air conditioning but in very high temperatures shouldn't be allowed this isnt good to get over heated like that.
