The owners Erica and Dolores were very welcoming when i reached out to get care worker for my home, they talked to me about what would fit me best and my best intentions. Made me feel safe when i had a worker visiting. 10/10, 5 stars

Worst company ever! Please be careful when hired for this company I’ve waited almost a year for Bernalillo county police department to reach out to me,the owners Dolores and her employee April have used my information and cashed about 5 checks under my name I have pictures and also have a police report against this company. When I confronted the owner Dolores about why her employee cashed checks under my name she laughed in my face and said that police wouldn’t do anything about it! Zero stars. PLEASE READ!! I’ve never given a one-star review so you know it’s bad… I’ve been a “client” for nearly 6 months, approved by health insurance for 13hrs/week, and I’ve received only TWO visits, totaling 4 hours. I didn’t choose this company, it was assigned to me, but I’ve never had such degrading treatment in my life. *Literally* every time they would schedule someone to assist me no one would show up, or I would be informed after the supposed arrival time that no one was “available.” I was promised - more times ... read more
