Had an unbelievably bad experience with this company today. For context, they've serviced my AC unit previously and I've spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on their work. Called them today because AC had a malfunction error pop up and AC stopped working. Their tech (not Justin who has done a great job previously) showed up like he didn't want to be here. Came up with a weird reason for the malfunction and said this will be $89. I know enough about my system and said "no, can you look at something else?" I want to hav... read more
Great experience, AC stopped working and the dispatcher/person I talked to had a great sense of humor. The tech who showed up was professional and had a good singing voice too.
Such a great experience with this company and with Justin and Jordan in particular. Replaced AC unit very quickly and are very responsive to any issues that have occurred. Same day repairs. Excellent quality, company and service! Highly recommend and have recommended to family and friends

Really great experience with this company! On time, friendly and great customer service. From the first contact to finished installation of my new ac unit all went smoothly.
