Pay for brand new AC unit a year ago with cash. Now unit is not working right

I am so thankful to always there heating and air. They have excellent customer service, great technicians. They are reasonably priced with above and beyond quality work. Highly recommend and will never use any other HVAC company.
Had an unbelievably bad experience with this company today. For context, they've serviced my AC unit previously and I've spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on their work. Called them today because AC had a malfunction error pop up and AC stopped working. Their tech (not Justin who has done a great job previously) showed up like he didn't want to be here. Came up with a weird reason for the malfunction and said this will be $89. I know enough about my system and said "no, can you look at something else?" I want to hav... read more
Great experience, AC stopped working and the dispatcher/person I talked to had a great sense of humor. The tech who showed up was professional and had a good singing voice too.
