We had an excellent experience with Always There Heating & Air! Leo handled the initial service call and was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The installation techs, Jason and Ty, did an outstanding job—on time, efficient, and extremely professional. Leo with Always There Heating and Air came out to fix my A/C. He was prompt, professional, and corrected the issue at a very reasonable price. All future calls regarding A/C problems will be going to Always There. Highly recommend, even if just for a second opinion.
With all the a/c people out there, it's hard to find someone who's both knowledgeable and trustworthy, my previous review was full of praise, but after approximately 5 years I had to replace my air conditioner, apparently the warranty info had not been sent, also the individual who looked at it said it looked like a second hand unit, so after roughly 7 years I'm on air conditioner number 3, hopefully my new one will last.
Great service, friendly techs, on time with great pricing! Very satisfied!
