Jeremy assisted us with buying a home in Ormond Beach. We relocated from Seattle and were looking for a home that checked all the boxes! Jeremy was great at negotiating- financial aspects, repairs and a preferred closing date. He was on site at the property for us since we couldn’t be there for inspections, repairs, etc. We’re very thankful to have had Jeremy assist us in buying our dream home.

Jeremy is absolutely amazing. His level of knowledge, his ability to ensure that his clients are comfortable, and his determination to ensure that everything is being handled and completed properly is surely top tier. He has set such a high standard, to the point that he may need to teach a master’s class for others in his field.
