Jeff and his staff are very professional. When he came out for the estimate, he actually went on the roof, measured, checked the condition of everything and when he was done, his estimate of what I needed was what needed to be done. Options for unseen problems were spelled out and the few bad boards that needed replacing were discussed and agreed upon. His estimate of the squares required matched what I had calculated, unlike the other estimates where they added a few hundred extra square feet of unneeded roofing material. No pressure, honest appraisal, and quality craftsmanship. Jeff will give you his best price for his best work, the old fashion way. And the job was outstanding and he beat the rain. Lastly, he replaced all my 2X8 facia boards, which were rotted. I have stucco under my eaves, which I was worried about. The facias were replaced with only a few patches required, which he did at no charge. The patches were slight and unavoidable and you can't tell they're there. BTW, I RARELY give a 5 out of 5 rating to anyone. Call him, you'll be glad you did.
