The new water heater was installed too close to the wall and also the pipes were not installed in an acceptable manner. There was oil and silver stains left on my paver driveway. The owner said that he would come and fix everything himself, but instead sent out a women to evaluate, who agreed with my complaints about the work. The owner verbally slammed me everytime I asked a question to try to understand what needed to be done to fix it.. Called at 5 pm with an emergency, they called me back less than 10 minutes and Matt was at my house and fixed the problem before 6 pm. Great service. Will use them for everything now.
