NEVER trust these people. I informed Med Transport about all the negative comments when I called after they never showed up for my ride to my appointment. I called repeatedly and they never picked up. Now I have to wait for the doc office to call me back IF they can find another opening. From now on I'll tell med transport my preferred ride companies.
Tried using them twice and they never showed up, called but I was sent to voicemail. Terrible company.
After sitting in pain all day at the hospital and just wanting to get home waited 3 hours then finally I gave up and paid 90 dollars for another cab I'm definitely contacting Medicaid to speak with someone about this I advise everyone do the same
I had a surgical appointment, but this company never showed up to take me. I tried calling, but calls went straight to voice-mail. I missed my appointment! This is a shady company, it should be named Never Shows up!
