First I would like to mentioned that I don't normal leave reviews for companies on google. As a business owner myself I see how negative reviews really impact a business and I always try to communicate with the owners any issues I'm having. We are all human and this allows us owners to grow. It can at times be hard to see the short falls in your own business. I agree with Romni. I will never use Always in Bloom, again. I live out of state & I ordered an arrangement for my sister, for Christmas. She lives in Deforest, it was a LOCAL delivery. When I called, I spoke with a very helpful employee & we spent quite awhile discussing what I wanted. They didn't have the FTD snowman container featured on their website. I love this little shop! Theresa, the new owner, creates beautiful arrangements, she is very talented. Also there is a great stock in the store of gifts (some hand crocheted items too!) and home decor. Wish I lived closer, I would be in the shop more often!

Who ever this Pullen person is does not know what he is talking about. Deflorest is awesome and has always went out of there way to deliver quality products and service. He is just a competioltor and is trying to hurt their reputation. Keep doing what you are doing deflorest. Great job. Mike.

My mother in law passed away and there were quite a few flowers sent from out of town to her funeral. There was a piece for 150.00 that never was delivered to the funeral. There was a piece that WAS delivered and was so ugly that the sender apologized profusely to me for it. If at all possible, do not use De Florist. Call Fellys or another florist to get it to DeForest. I work at Fellys so I am somewhat prejudice, but the pieces that came from DeFlorist were so terrible it was a crime.
