Always Honest A/C has always been dependable and timely on any of my service issues! Cris was my tech and he was polite and efficient. As he was testing the new nest thermostat he realized there was no heat and after investigating the wiring noticed one lead was not properly connected! All set now! Jenn in the office makes setting an appointment easy! I would always recommend the company to anyone in need of a good Honest company
After seeing my unit he knew exactly what my problem would be. He had everything he needed to fix the problem and was very proficient. David is also very personable. He was not here very long but I would give the experience in a+ rating
