Chris from Honest Air was the tech to do my air conditioner maintenance. I am pleased to say he went over and beyond to answer my questions. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with Honest Air and I was very happy with the service. Thank you Chris.
Been using this company for 10yrs.for semi annual HVAC maintenance . They do a great job for us. They are usually punctual and arrive during the service window, but today were an hour and a half late in arriving. When I called office, I was told they changed my appointment time. I was not contacted about this change. Being a loyal 10 yr customer, this kind of upsets me. Tech was thorough and routinely completed the work. He was polite and knowledgeable.
Always Honest A/C has always been dependable and timely on any of my service issues! David was my tech and he explained all the issues and had my A/C up and running very quickly. Jenn in the office makes setting an appointment easy! I would always recommend the company to anyone in need of a good Honest company
After seeing my unit he knew exactly what my problem would be. He had everything he needed to fix the problem and was very proficient. David is also very personable. He was not here very long but I would give the experience in a+ rating
I have used Always Honest Air for two separate repairs now. The first repair was done quickly and, even though my A/C was looking rough, they were not too pushy for me to replace my system and respected my wishes at the time. A completely different problem happened months later and it was time for a new A/C all together. Both techs that arrived on both repairs were pretty awesome.
