Been using this company for 10yrs.for semi annual HVAC maintenance . They do a great job for us. They are usually punctual and arrive during the service window, but today were an hour and a half late in arriving. When I called office, I was told they changed my appointment time. I was not contacted about this change. Being a loyal 10 yr customer, this kind of upsets me. Tech was thorough and routinely completed the work. He was polite and knowledgeable.

Always Honest A/C has always been dependable and timely on any of my service issues! David was my tech and he explained all the issues and had my A/C up and running very quickly. Jenn in the office makes setting an appointment easy! I would always recommend the company to anyone in need of a good Honest company

I have used Always Honest Air for two separate repairs now. The first repair was done quickly and, even though my A/C was looking rough, they were not too pushy for me to replace my system and respected my wishes at the time. A completely different problem happened months later and it was time for a new A/C all together. Both techs that arrived on both repairs were pretty awesome. Great company. Their office staff is always friendly and helpful. Our technician, David, walked us through the steps of his maintenance and gave us suggestions on what we can do to keep our system functioning in between appointments. He also was able to come way earlier than expected. He was very knowledgeable!

Adam was the assigned technician from Always Honest Air. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable and completed the maintenance service in a very efficient and effective time causing little disturbance to my home and schedule. I would highly recommend Always Honest Air and Adam should be commended by his company for the great representation of Always Honest Air.
