I have used Always Honest Air for two separate repairs now. The first repair was done quickly and, even though my A/C was looking rough, they were not too pushy for me to replace my system and respected my wishes at the time. A completely different problem happened months later and it was time for a new A/C all together. Both techs that arrived on both repairs were pretty awesome. Great company. Their office staff is always friendly and helpful. Our technician, David, walked us through the steps of his maintenance and gave us suggestions on what we can do to keep our system functioning in between appointments. He also was able to come way earlier than expected. He was very knowledgeable!
Always Honest Air is a professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable team. I experienced quick scheduling and easy communication/updates during my new installation. Great service, our tech, David was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through what he did to maintain our system. He was early for the scheduled appointment also! Their office staff is always friendly and accommodating.
I called in and they were able to come out very quickly and fix my clogged drain line. David was very professional, and even sent me pictures of what was causing it. I would highly recommend!! Great company, and great techs every time!
