I have used Always Honest Air for two separate repairs now. The first repair was done quickly and, even though my A/C was looking rough, they were not too pushy for me to replace my system and respected my wishes at the time. Great company. Their office staff is always friendly and helpful. Our technician, David, walked us through the steps of his maintenance and gave us suggestions on what we can do to keep our system functioning in between appointments. He also was able to come way earlier than expected. He was very knowledgeable!
Great service, our tech, David was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through what he did to maintain our system. He was early for the scheduled appointment also! Their office staff is always friendly and accommodating.
We had an issue with our AC which was fixed by the company we had a maintenance agreement with. The problem is that additional work was recommended. When we got the estimate for the additional work we were shocked. We opted to get a second opinion from Honest Air. We were told that much of the work recommended by our contracted company was not necessary. The estimate for the work that was needed was 1 1/2 times less than the contracted company. I'm sure you can guess which company will be hired.
