Been using this company for 10yrs.for semi annual HVAC maintenance . They do a great job for us. They are usually punctual and arrive during the service window, but today were an hour and a half late in arriving. When I called office, I was told they changed my appointment time. I was not contacted about this change. Being a loyal 10 yr customer, this kind of upsets me. Tech was thorough and routinely completed the work. He was polite and knowledgeable.
Chris from Honest Air was the tech to do my air conditioner maintenance. I am pleased to say he went over and beyond to answer my questions. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with Honest Air and I was very happy with the service. Thank you Chris.
Great company. Their office staff is always friendly and helpful. Our technician, David, walked us through the steps of his maintenance and gave us suggestions on what we can do to keep our system functioning in between appointments. He also was able to come way earlier than expected. He was very knowledgeable!

Always Honest A/C has always been dependable and timely on any of my service issues! Cris was my tech and he was polite and efficient. As he was testing the new nest thermostat he realized there was no heat and after investigating the wiring noticed one lead was not properly connected! All set now! Jenn in the office makes setting an appointment easy! I would always recommend the company to anyone in need of a good Honest company
