Stay away from a case worker Eslana for your elderly ones by all means. She covers inappropriate behavior of the home attendants with whom she is in a "special" relationship. When you call and complain she mock you. Home attendants also complain that she does not provide for them a full pay which they earn. She will not hold any of her promises after you become a client. She will bring a stress and discord to your family.

I spoke to someone that’s a manager here at this company’s Chinatown branch. This person, supposedly a “manager” here, whom don’t deserve to be called manager is absolutely terrible. She can’t manage. Her work is all over the place. She goes back and forth with you and your homecare application for ages and I still don’t get any home care service. I went in to apply for a job. Before being hired, you are required to speak with a coordinator. They called the coordinator over to meet with me. The coordinator was rude. I understand that theirs is a high-stress job; however, I was not rude to her, and I was simply trying to determine whether her offer was a good fit for me.
