Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from this company again, nor would I recommend them to others. There was a complete lack of urgency when my order was delayed and ultimately cancelled. Communication was poor throughout the process, and there was little to no effort to show understanding or accountability. I ordered flowers for delivery, the order was cancelled, and while I did receive a refund, no replacement or resolution was ever offered. Terrible company masquerading as a local, small business! I placed an order online early in the morning just for them to cancel later that day leaving me to scramble to get flowers to my loved on very short notice. I had no idea I was being scammed. Do NOT use this company. I’ll be surprised if I actually get a refund.

Would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day and wanted them delivered to the restaurant we were going to. They said no problem. They never showed up. I called, they apologized and asked if I wanted them delivered elsewhere. Yes, to my home. Gave them the address and they never showed up. Tried contacting and they did not answer.
