You'll just get ghosted, don't bother contacting.
They're ok once you get them to show up but good luck with communication. They take a while to respond if they decide to at all. They did a shoddy shop on an exterior vent installation.. See below. I would have expected the vent be more level to prevent pooling and at least tied up out of the way.
