After incorrectly measuring the rooms in my home - the designer - who had no interior design knowledge - sent me an email with pictures from Etsy as a design plan. And after paying $$$ she gave me a contract to sign to pay more $$$. One of the Totally useless pictures I received Always Elegant Interiors in a ‘design plan’ email.
