I called this company to get a quote as we are not happy with our current pool cleaning service. I spoke to Kyle the owner and asked him some basic questions as to how his company handles service. He is a one man show and has way to many accounts with no help so when he decides to be off - then you get no service. I am shocked by the unprofessional behavior of this person. He came, looked at the pool, agreed to clean it, came out twice and during the second visit he angrily claimed I lied to him about the condition of the pool and it had too many leaves in it, so I needed to get someone else. He did this the day before we were to leave town for a month. He saw the pool himself; it's not like it was sight unseen. Accusing me of lying to him is ridiculous. Do not count on this guy to follow through.
Always Clean and Clear has transformed our pool. We run an AirBnb in downtown Gainesville and our pool is a major part of our attraction to our home. We struggled with other services for quite some time but our pool is in absolute perfect condition all the time with this great team. Highly, highly recommend.
Kyle is very honest, dependable, and knowledgeable. His pricing is very reasonable. He took a big chore off my list. I always dreaded cleaning the pool. Now I actually enjoy the pool. I would higly recommend Kyle to anyone!
