I felt a responsibility to inform prospective clients of Always Best Care in Chandler, AZ of our personal experience with them. The office is run by a mother and daughter with a skeleton staff. There are only a small number of caregivers on staff and some of them are moonlighting from other ful-time jobs. I would recommend Always Best Care to anyone in my situation! They are very professional and very knowledgeable. More importantly they understand what you’re going through and many times you feel like you are doing it all along and they really make you feel like you have someone to lean on and someone to support you. This company owes my family close to $10,000 for advance payments we made for my mother’s care. Even after admitting they owe us the money, they have ignored my calls and e-mails requesting our refund and are forcing me to take them to court. For a company that expects its customers to trust their family members to their care, their honesty and integrity are highly questionable. I will update this post if they return our money, but in the meantime I caution anyone to think twice before doing business with them.
I am very thankful to everyone there. We needed help with my mom for a few days. Everyone was so great! Keisha and Andrea were so helpful, considerate and organized. The caregivers were great and when I called the office, the office staff was extremely nice. I have nothing but praises for the service and the people. Thank you!!
