Terrible
The first thing to note is that this home health agency is NOT open 24/7 as claimed. The second is that they won't work with your needs unless you compromise. I changed from a horrible organization to this one. They want patients to complete a home assessment but don't convey all necessary information. I've been through several aides only three of which I actually liked. If looking for your personal care needs to be met on a consistent basis, it's unlikely going to happen.
