Walked in to ask a few questions, and was kindly greeted as well as my inquiries were satisfyingly met.
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY YOU CAN GET!! THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE NO COMMUNICATION, UNRELIABLE AND UNMERCILY INEPT!!!!!!!!!! THE AIDES STEAL MEDICATION THEY ALWAYS CALL OUT, THEY NEVER HAVE WEEKEND HELP AND COME UP WITH EXCUSES UNTIL THE SHIFT IS OVER! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER EVER USE ALWAYS BEST CARE!!!
The above review is exactly right. The “caregivers” are unreliable, not dependable, don’t show up or are late, and they don’t provide the care the person needs. They use foul language and are on the phone all day or watching TV. Do not use this company.
