My experience with Always Approved Auto has been wonderful. Although I hit a bit of a hiccup, and haven't been able to make the purchase when I was planning, the whole process has been remarkable. Daniel M is who I've been working with and he has been very patient, courteous and really doing everything he could in order to ensure that I get into the vehicle I was interested in. Absolutely outstanding customer service!
These guys not only will lie to you and rip you off, they break the law as well! I purchased a car under a written contract that they would fix the check engine light problem (it is illegal to sell a car with the check engine light on) When I called to schedule the repair, they wouldn't answer my calls, they wouldn't return my calls, I went in they told me, We'll call you. They also charged me an extra "finance fee" of $1,000.00 again illegal practice! I didn't know that until I spoke with the dealer inspector! These guys sh... read more
We bought a car for our son and had a GREAT experience! Daniel Montgomery was extremely helpful in finding us the right car for him. After getting it inspected by my mechanic, we were thrilled at the fact that there was nothing hidden by the dealership! The price and service was excellent and we will be back.
