Ten stars in my opinion! After updating to gas heat in our new home days ago, I feel blessed that our plumber sent Tommy from Affordable to inspect our chimney. The original clay chimney had collapsed, leaving no updraft. Tommy showed me each step of the way what a disaster we had through the finish of a perfect job. Fast, prompt, courteous and truly affordable. Did I mention they were the cleanest work crew I have ever experienced? Coming from the plumbing and heating industry myself, I know good work. Highly recommend
