Alwani medical center practice is very thorough and efficient. They won't let the patient fall through the cracks because they make sure to contact patient for continuity of care. Dr Alwani and her staff are highly professional Dr. Alwani s very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to explain and educate you on your condition. Changed insurance. Waited over 6 weeks to get medication and office manager smiles thinking it's a joke. Called my insurance told me they were waiting for office to get back to them nothing. Called over 10 times same office mgr same story always excuse or blames insurance. Wanna talk to Dr see if she is aware and tried to get a copay. Just to talk to DR. Never going back to this DR ever again.
Staff is kind & Doctor Alwani is very understanding. Wait times depend on busyness, but that is the case and point for all places. Overall good place!
