After being here for over a year I have to edit my review. The move in experience was great, however my ac has been broken for most of the summer, and the mailboxes have been broken for months now as well. I will say the parking situation is rough there is no guest parking at all so it isn't possible to really have guests over without risking them getting towed. This place for what they are charging is a joke you can't ask for 2100 plusmonth and offer mediocre service it's alot of pettiness mailbox cont to be broken into unable to get mail weed is the fragrance of choice, dog owners allow dogs to poop and leave it it's just ran poor cats are infested on the grounds no parking which means you can't have visitors it's so not worth the price they don't update anything....I'm very dissatisfied with LPM as a whole do you think they are taking something off of rent for the inconvenience??... read more
