I have been living here for two years, and I didn't expect to leave a one-star review until my extremely disappointing post-move-out experience. 8.21.26 Daniel & Corey from the Maintenance Team quickly responded to an issue I had with my shower nob. I put in a work request last night and received assistance with my issue the morning after! I appreciated the quick resolution and their friendliness. It is such a wonderful feeling that our apartment complex is in the hands of such fine gentlemen. Came in to get a tour, after looking at this place online. I worked with the great leasing staff, but had some questions for management. After being told he’d be out of office for a week, for personal time. I came back in, Tom was quite rude, dismissive, and appeared to be quite lazy. It also appeared that he was very rude and did not respect his staff. It’s very apparent that he is not a great manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone, & Tom’s unkind demeanor had me go elsewhere.
