Tom the manager at veranda currently accosted me this morning after being a previous resident of 5 years and threatened to have me arrested for WASHING clothes in the complex during a visit to my friend who still lives in the complex. My review after living here 5 years Pros: Nice office staff - management is easy to talk to and the office manager John will work with you if he can. Unlike other reviews I don't feel like we were treated any differently based on our race. Nice apartments - We don't have a remodeled apartment but everything works as expected. Nice amenities - This place I super dog friendly and the pools are heated so you can use them in the winter time. Kayleigh and Maria were absolutely amazing in my experience moving into Veranda! I had read through all their reviews prior and mentioned my concerns which were put at ease. I mentioned how I noticed the negative ones were mostly from a while back. I was also told there has been new management and they are making efforts to fix some of the previous complaints.
