My husband and I had a lovely time living at the Veranda Apartments for a year and a half. Staff was friendly and helpful! We loved the location, reasonable price, pool access, gym access, and the unit we were in. Thank you Veranda La Mesa for being such an amazing place!
DO NOT RENT AT VERANDA LA MESA – COMPLETE DISASTER Living at Veranda La Mesa was an absolute nightmare. This place is the definition of neglect and mismanagement. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dump. Everything inside the apartment was old, poorly maintained, or completely broken. The heater broke down 3–4 times, and I was left sleeping in the cold for a full week—with no urgency or care from management. It was like talking to a wall. Zero compassion. Zero solutions. Just got my maintenance issues taken care of today, to which I'm very grateful for. Thank you Lou Guerrero and Cory Sample for the amazing work that you both continue to do. Veranda La Mesa Apartments should consider giving you both outstanding raises and/or promotions, as you make there clients (e.g. us tenants) happy with your work. 👍🏾 💯
