I recently had a work order for my washer to be looked at because it wasn’t spinning anymore. The work order was completed in one day. He also took a look at my sink because it was leaking water. By far one of the nicest apartment communities you could live in! I lived here for 2 and 1/2 years and man, am I going to miss the amenities. The gym is so, so nice with an incredible fountain view, the swimming pools are always kept clean, and I've even used the cascade lounge to host my daughter's second birthday. Beware its a Greystar property, company has been known for bad practicies. Lived here 4 years. Commonly some buildings would need to have their water shut off. Though most the staff in the leasing office has never stuck around for longer than a year. Over the course of the 4+ years, administration has deteriorated, maintenence staff overloaded with work. Greystar CEO has a networth of 5 billion, and profits of this company in the hundreds of millions. Yet they cant make the property any better, hire more maintenance and cons... read more
EDIT: WOW. It just keeps getting worse. Either the walls/floors/ceilings are WAY TOO THIN, or the people you are now renting to are way too rude. The NOISE. There are a plethora of sounds to pick from. Fighting, hammering, drilling, blaring music, running. And I get to hear it all by simply sitting in my own apartment.
