I must say that I love living here. I have been a resident here going on 3 years now and my stay has been pleasant. One of the joys is the amazing customer service from Jordan. I mean she has consistently been warm and welcoming, professional, and embodies a spirit of community that makes everyone feel like family. I had an electrical maintenance request that needed prompt attention. In response, the leasing office and maintenance staff coordinated a reasonable date and time to have maintenance staff service my apartment with me present. During the actual service visit, the technician (Jeff) was very professional. He asked respectful questions, conducted troubleshooting, found the core issues associated with the trouble call, and resolved the issues swiftly and safely. I moved to this community back in November! Mrs Jackson was truly amazing. She made my move in process simple and easy. Mind you this is my first apartment so her kindness was very appreciated. I love my unit! The neighborhood is quiet and near everything I need. It’s been 4 months now and I can say my experience has been great!
“Making us pay full rent then towing my car and demanding more money is absolutely crazy work. You would think paying rent would give you somewhere to park ” To add to my latest review they will rob you of $175 to get your car back so if you expect parking to come with paying rent you’d be surprised. Straight scamming out here.
