If i could give 5 stars to the staff in the office I will but the actual apartment itself is no where near worth how much I was paying for rent. All of these appliances in here are so out dated and faulty it's disgusting.
Love Alvista Bowie, what a beautiful community. I have had the pleasure of working with Safia and she was so kind and welcoming. Safia and her staff really made me feel right at home as soon as I stepped in the door. I can’t say enough good things about the community and staff 10/10 recommend
It is extremely Difficult for me To write this review. I have been a resident of this Alvista community for 16 years. I have witnessed name changes, and management changes over this period of time. I deeply and truly care about my community and my surroundings to ensure my safety and the safety of my Neighbors. I recently toured an apartment at Alvista Bowie and had a great experience. The community itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities looked well kept, and the overall layout of the property felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. A big part of what made the tour stand out was Alexis, the leasing agent.
