The office and maintenance staff here are truly remarkable. I’ve been here for almost a year now, and they’ve always managed to turn any negative situation into a positive one swiftly. I’m eagerly looking forward to participating in more resident events and getting to know more people in the community.

We recently visited Alvista while searching for an apartment, and the experience was good from start to finish. We were met by Alexis, who was incredibly helpful throughout the tour. She answered all of our questions clearly and directly, and her straightforward approach made the process feel transparent and easy to understand. What stood out most was her welcoming attitude—she made us feel comfortable right away and never rushed us. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and Alexis played a big part in that.
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this leasing office. Maintenance requests took over two weeks to be addressed, and I had to follow up multiple times with no response. Communication is inconsistent, and property manager and assistant manager often seem uninterested in helping. This has made living here stressful, especially when dealing with urgent issues. I’ve only been here for about four weeks, and overall I can’t really complain about the move-in process or the area itself. The complex is generally quiet, which is something I truly appreciate. However, my main concern has been the maintenance response and the lack of urgency shown despite multiple notifications.
