Negative 5 is a very fair review. If you are thinking to move here. Drive by at night near the garbage mice playground. You will find mice as soon as you move in. maintains issue is very common buildings are very old. Management are friendly but very useless no exception everyone. If you have more than 3 cars don’t even think about this place. Overall one year felt like 10 years. The office and maintenance staff here are truly remarkable. I’ve been here for almost a year now, and they’ve always managed to turn any negative situation into a positive one swiftly. I’m eagerly looking forward to participating in more resident events and getting to know more people in the community.
