They are scammers, !!! I put 500.00 down for a deposit and $89.00 for an application fee! It’s now been almost one month and I haven’t heard anything from them!!!!! Every time I call them , they say they will give me a call right bck … still waiting on my call. I believe they stole my monies and never processed my application . I have great credit and even a better rental history, i am also disabled and will be contacting ADA disability act and reporting them to the better business bureau. This is totally unacceptable !!! ⭐ 1 star — They TOWED my car 3 times. This place is a SCAM. Alvista Bowie is a complete scam, especially when it comes to parking. They’ve towed my car 3 TIMES — all for completely ridiculous reasons — and each time I had to pay $175 to get it back. They work hand-in-hand with Tow2Pro, and it honestly feels like a money grab. What’s worse? They completely ignored 10+ cars with expired tags, some over 6 months old, but targeted mine even though it was only expired by 3 months — and I had already been working on renewing them.... read more
Overpriced and Poorly Managed, I’ve lived at Alvista Bowie for almost a year and honestly regret signing the lease. From the start, the apartment had problems—my dishwasher didn’t work, there were issues with the plumbing, and the A/C unit was barely functioning during the hottest part of the summer. I submitted multiple maintenance requests, and it would take days or even weeks to get a response. When they finally did show up, the work was rushed and things broke again shortly after. “Making us pay full rent then towing my car and demanding more money is absolutely crazy work. You would think paying rent would give you somewhere to park ” To add to my latest review they will rob you of $175 to get your car back so if you expect parking to come with paying rent you’d be surprised.
