5 Star : My Experience From quote to completion, the staff was professional, helpful and courteous. They provide text updates throughout the repair process and are flexible with scheduling. This was my first time using Alvis Body & Frame. I took them a tough repair, which was a damaged tailgate with a creased dent. Another shop (Caliber Collision) insisted it could not be repaired and the tailgate had to be replaced. I did not want to go that route because it would then need Line-X sprayed to match the bed and was expensive.... read more
