Alvin is great! He is very attentive to your needs, creates a welcoming and calm environment! Very clean space! Everytime I go I come out like a new person! 10/10 overall!

I had the most perfect session! Upon arriving Alvin greeted me and addressed my concerns for my full body massage. The room was perfectly dimmed to calming music. The entire experience was handled with extreme professionalism and Alvin applied the "just right" amount of pressure. I am always afraid of going to get massages because I fear it will be either too hard or too soft and so happy he got it right. Alvin Therapy is a hidden gem inside of Empire Sports and Training building. His massage was very calming and therapeutic!!!!! Never really knew I had so many tight spots in my back and after his session my body felt so much more relaxed. I will definitely be going back for more sessions.
