I went to Dr. Ong‘s office February 1, 2024 in order to find out what the problem was with my knee. It is most likely a torn meniscus. Dr. Ong sent me to physical therapy for six weeks as per the insurance company when I finish that I have been trying to get a hold of Dr. Ong, since then. I have been leaving messages for weeks. He has not rescheduled the MRI. He has not called me back. And in the meantime, my knee gets worse and it doesn’t seem to be a priority. I would not recommend him at all.
