I believe Dr. Mok is a good surgeon, and I expect to have a good outcome from my TKR. I didn’t feel like my expectations were set correctly by him in the beginning. In addition, I was bothered by what seemed to me to be a lack of aftercare. The plan is 2 post surgery appointments and that’s all. He doesn’t routinely prescribe PT, so I felt I was figuring it out alone. I found it very difficult to contact his office and explanations are often incomplete when I did get a response.
