These people NEVER return a phone call about seeing an apartment. How can they possibly do business that way? Myself and my daughter have called numerous times and even emailed them with no response. SMFH
The WATER is the biggest issue in the building. It is dangerous and the seniors in the building are unable to shower, brush their teeth, cook, and more. All tenants should be calling and making a report with the state. The living conditions are not in code.
Overall, things are getting worse at this place. I'm not sure if the culprit is management (trying to save a buck) or the quality of the staff. Lately, they do not pick up the phone (for anything) or call you back if you leave a message. In addition, one building suffers from heating issues. In the winter, your options are "Sahara Desert" or "Artic Pole" mode. nothing in between. Also, one building suffers from water infiltration. They do absolutely nothing for their residents. It's a very miserable place where someone can get lonely quick unless they plan to stay busy in other ways and leave the property every chance they get.
