Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding
