Dr Cardona is an excellent family doctor who takes time to listen carefully, is compassionate when challenges arise, and explains things thoroughly when assessing issues and recommending treatment. Dr Cardona clearly cares a lot about his patients, and we've also appreciated the rapport he's built over time with our young-adult son. Regarding medication refills, we were advised by a nurse to call in those requests, and that approach has worked reliably for timely refills, rather than going through MyChart.
Always takes forever to hear back from Dr cardona even when using MyChart to send messages. Very frustrating lack of communication. Need improvement here
Dr Rhyner is the best Dr I've ever had and the nurses and staff are all excellent
