My experiences with Dr. Cardona have been excellent and I highly recommend him as a healthcare provider. He is a great listener, responds with compassion, and searches for healthcare options for me that are reasonable and affordable. He has great availability, is on time to appointments, and has a very helpful and responsive office staff. I am very grateful for the work he does and the positive impact that he’s had on my health.
I have never had a Dr that listens as well as Dr. Cardona. He really cares. And his staff is excellent too. I have yet to have a bad experience at any Froedert facility.
Dr Cardona does what many other doctors seem like they cannot...he listens. He works with his patients to try to create a plan for care. There's always a next step. Truly an excellent care provider
Dr Cardona is an excellent family doctor who takes time to listen carefully, is compassionate when challenges arise, and explains things thoroughly when assessing issues and recommending treatment. Dr Cardona clearly cares a lot about his patients, and we've also appreciated the rapport he's built over time with our young-adult son. Regarding medication refills, we were advised by a nurse to call in those requests, and that approach has worked reliably for timely refills, rather than going through MyChart.
