THIS PLACE IS A MESS. The washers don’t work at all, there is never warm water to shower, when it rains the garages flood so much that you can’t even go into your car without getting wet, and when there is something wrong with you the apartment and you call to let them know and if they can come to fix it they take days or even weeks to repair it. The rent here is crazy, they add about 300 dollars each year in January to the rent. In December the garages will be charged to the tenants for 100 dollars, these garages are old. A... read more
