August 29, 2025 The staff is not openly rude, but everyone seems to hate their jobs. There is not a healthy appearance to the office. The phlebotomist was totally silent and did not introduce herself. Seems like they need training in just regular manners. Her skills were very good, though.
Didn't have to wait very long. Technician drawing blood was very friendly.
On the morning of August 30th, the receptionist at the office was rather rude. She didn’t relay the information to the lab promptly, causing over an hour of wait time. Furthermore, she gave the lab technician incorrect details, which resulted in some tests I had specifically requested being omitted.
Always friendly and professional. You'll like their cost too!
