We just had our 1-year-old daughter’s bloodwork done here, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring, putting both us and our daughter at ease. They handled what is usually a very difficult draw with care and professionalism, executing everything even better than we could have hoped. Highly recommend this lab for anyone, especially with little ones new to the area!
I came in on a busy Saturday morning. When I walked into the waiting room, I saw over ten people waiting. I was pleasantly surprised they got my draw completed in less than 30 minutes! Friendly staff.
I take a family member for labs here. They are in a wheelchair. The place is not accessible whatsoever and we always have a hard time getting in. The staff just watches you struggle from the desk. The facility really needs to be ADA compliant, especially because it’s geared toward medical needs. So disappointing
