I take a family member for labs here. They are in a wheelchair. The place is not accessible whatsoever and we always have a hard time getting in. The staff just watches you struggle from the desk. The facility really needs to be ADA compliant, especially because it’s geared toward medical needs. So disappointing
Unprofessional staff. They do not even know how the payment works. When provider mentioned they will take care of payment and they have agreement. Why can’t they understand and bill me. You guys need to train your staff. For this i have to go to illinois for my blood work. I will not recommend this place save your time.
Seriously what kind of place is this? Wife walked in with our newborn to get some lab work done and was told “you have to go to the hospital because our results often get called back.” I tried calling the number on the Northwest Indiana Patient Service Centers pamphlet for Crown Point IN and it is disconnected. I google the address and their name is not on google maps unless you type in the company name. When I did that, there was a 1-800 number, so I called. I couldn’t have asked for a better phlebotomist!! Madeline was so kind and reassuring, this was my first time getting my blood drawn and Madeline made sure to talk me through what she was doing which really helped calm my nerves. She really was amazing!
