Alverdia Health has an online platform that is easy to maneuver. Overall my experience has been great being that it is my first time going to therapy/ tele therapy. I appreciate how safe and comfortable my therapist has makes me feel.
I recently moved from out of state and was looking for a new therapist. I got matched up with Dr. Jacques, who is wonderful! The online platform and text reminders also make scheduling a breeze.
Dr Jacques is wonderful colleague to work with. She is fantastic with her patients.
I know Dr. Jacques as a colleague during specialty training and I was so excited when I heard about Alverdia clinic. She is very thorough, detailed oriented when it comes to patient care and determined to provide up to date medicine/therapy while working with patient about realistic goal and plans. Dr. Jacques also did psychoanalysis fellowship and she is very familiar with diverse culture while also able to provide best available medicine there. highly recommended.
