I ordered another pair of my current insoles. I moved out of state but was told by the office I could place my order and they would ship it to me if I paid for a Fed Ex label. That was fine. I told the girl several times what my ortho insole number was based on the insole I have which I just got this year. They sent me two pairs of the WRONG INSOLE. So unprofessional.
