Terrible Property Management The microwave/oven doesn't work. The washer/dryer doesn't work. The side door doesn't work. And there's lots of issues with the parking. No one cares and fix them.

Absolutely love !!! I met with building manager Josh, who was extremely helpful and kind. I then took the tour with Travis, who was just a delight to work with. I was very impressed at how personable and knowledgeable Travis was about the property. I won’t be moving until October but have looked at a good amount of other places and this is by far the best one I’ve seen! No longer recommend Originally Alvera was a great place. The staff were awesome, the amenities worked great. However, since the staff turn over things have really changed here. I no longer feel like staff care about the residents. They are just here to get new residents in the building. Maintenance requests sit undone and you are told by Common corporate that they are coordinating locally. Common area amenities do not work even though the building has only been open a short time.
