My wife has had a case open for 2 YEARS just now in April closed the case and settled on the money for her settlement check. Been 2 months and have yet to receive anything. I'm considering getting a new lawyer because no lawyer should take 2 years to finalize a case when, her mother was in the same car accident and received her portion 6 months after the incident.
