Javier is the best realtor ever and I would recommend him to all family and friends! A little background on me, I’m a night shift RN and my commute is 1hr both ways. I used to be able to make the drive but now I’m falling asleep on the road. I’ve been saving up for years now cause I was always told you need 20% down when you buy a place.
