If I could give a Zero Star review I would. Drove two hours from out of state to go on a tour with my family. I was denied entry because “my service dog was not allowed,” even though I presented all the appropriate paperwork! The sales manager (Rhonda) refused to let me in. In addition to being a service dog for me, my dog is hypoallergenic and does therapy with patients in the hospital. I even promised to carry him through the homes.
